cTTP can impact your physical, emotional, and social wellbeing

You might find that cTTP impacts many areas of your life, such as your emotions, lifestyle, or how you socialize.1-3 You may not immediately be aware of the effect cTTP is having on your life, which is why it is good to actively take some time to check in with yourself. Doing this regularly may also help you feel more in control of your condition.

Set aside specific times, in advance, to check in with yourself on a regular basis (for example, a certain time each day or once a week), so it becomes a habit.

Using a diary can be a great way to monitor your wellbeing. The act of writing things down, either in a physical diary or using an app, can be therapeutic. Keeping a record of your physical, emotional, and social experiences can also help you compare them from one week to the next.
